 The company should try to develop an atmosphere so
that each and every employee can reveal without
hesitation what are their training needs and asks
questions in training sessions and trainee’s suggestions
should be invited.

 Training programs should be well organized and


trainees must be motivated to take part in training for
their self development.

 Training programs should be both knowledge oriented


as well as practically implemented by the trainees.
 
 Training should be evaluated regularly.
