Kalam born on 15th October 1931

at Rameswaram, in Tamil Nadu.
Was the son of Jainulabdeen
Marakayar and Ashiamma
Jainulabdeen.
He received secondary education
at the Schwartz School, a
missionary institute in
Ramanathapuram.
