The  City  God  Temple  or 
Chenghuang Miao of Shanghai 
forms  the  core  of  the  old  city  of 
Shanghai, China.
Today the "City God Temple" not 
only refers to the large temple 
complex, but also the traditional 
district of commerce in the city, 
surrounding the temple. There 
are over a hundred stores and 
shops in this area, and most of 
these store buildings are nearly 
a century old. 
The  temple  connects  to  the 
Yuyuan    Garden,  another 
landmark of the old city.

This 468 meters high (1,536 feet) tower is 
the world's third tallest TV and radio 
tower

span of 550 meters (1,804 ft) 
over the Huangpu River is

New River Gorge Bridge in the

Nanjing Road  is the main shopping street of 
Shanghai, China, and is one of the world's 
busiest shopping streets. 
Today's Nanjing Road comprises two sections, 
Nanjing Road East and Nanjing Road West.
