Making A Portfolio

A portfolio should consist of four (4)

panels, each on a 0ne (1) illustration board
(Portfolio = 4 panels=4 illustration boards)

The panels should have

no extensions, cannot
exceed the borders of
the illustration boards
and should have no 3D
installations,
all
decorations and designs
must have a flat surface

The portfolio should

follow
the
Project
Citizen
steps:
Problem,
Alternative
Policies,
Proposed
Policy and Action Plan

There should be one (1)

paragraph
summary
(maximum of 3 to 5
sentences) for each
panel, briefly stating
and describing what the
panel is all about

Font Size: minimum of

20 to 24 font size, the
portfolio
should
be
readable
from
a
distance of two meters;
font style (will be
group discretion)

Presentation:
the use of
color
is
mandatory,
participants
are
also
encouraged to make the
portfolio visually pleasing, at
a minimum, the poster should
be equal parts visual aids and
text (50% photos and 50%
text)

Showcase
or
Presentation

Documentation and
reflection papers shall
be passed/prepared a
week
before
the
presentation proper.

Each team should

choose a team leader
and teams will each be
judged by a panel
composed of 3 to 4
members
from
different subject areas.

Each team will be given 30

minutes to present their
portfolio,
the
prepared
speech will be for 20
minutes in English, while 10
minutes will be devoted for
questions from the panel,
answers in this portion
maybe in English or Filipino

Information
on
the
panels cannot be read
during the 20 minute
speech by the students
although
note
cards
maybe used

Only chosen members (4

students) of the group are
allowed to present the
portfolio
but
during
question
and
answer
portion all members are
required to answer

Groups are required to

wear
the
prescribed
attire/uniform
for
the
particular day

and title of the portfolio

photo documentation of
the
process
1 page reflection paper
from the team
