 A team literally is a living organization with
distinct maturation stages as:
 Initial
 Experimental
 Belonging and
 Evangelizing

Each team must progress through its
own development, sometimes with
great success and some times with
much stress.
RATIONALE
Productivity is dependent on inputs from
diverse sources. SMASE – Nigeria is run by
a large number of stake holders, each
playing a critical role. the effectiveness
affect the efficiency and effectiveness of
realizing project out put. INSET as this,
cultivates harmonious working relationship
SESSION OBJECTIVES
By the end of the session participants should
be able to:
 Identify the process and success of team
building
 Enumerate the benefits and challenges of team
building
 Identify the roles they can play as mathematics
and science teachers.
