What Does Resource Mate Do?
• The ideal library automation system
for the small- to medium-sized library
(no limit to number of items).
• Full cataloging, searching and
circulating of your resource library.
• Unlimited subjects or keywords per
item.
• Generate dozens of built-in reports
including items by title, items by
author, items by category, items by
call number, on-loan reports, mailout

• Password protection can be switched on.

 Extensive Search Options
• On the Simple Search Screen you
can search by Title and/or Author
and/or Subject. A convenient feature
of this screen is that, an entered title
will search the series, title and sub-
title fields simultaneously. An
entered author will search the author,
second author, third author and
Statement of Responsibility fields.
• On the Complex Search Screen you
can search by Title and/or Author
and/or Publisher and/or Category
and/or Subject.

an item, copy the entire LOC cataloguing
record and in one motion have that
information automatically entered into the
appropriate fields in ResourceMate®!
• Import from Internet can increase your
entry speed five times.
