(Exceptions have been accepted in the past existing agreements and contract
conditions will be respected)

KAPs are allowed to sell and represent several brands as long as these
brands are no direct competitors of Krauthammer (= no other branded
products) and are high-end positioned
Priority to delivery to KAP in his territory (except on client request).
KAP will be informed when we deliver in his territory (especially when KUCTs are used
in their territory)

KUCTs dont sell KI. If sales potential (>100K (A2)) available, to be discussed
case by case & mandatory buddy with embedded TC

Deliver between 30 and 50 days by year (no delivery is guaranteed) + Expected at
