London conference. He also
represented the king by signing the
UN charter in San Francisco.
He was appointed as kings deputy in
Hijaz and the president for Shura council.
He was also appointed as Minister of
Foreign Affairs.

King Faisal was also appointed as a


crown prince and prime ministers
deputy premier. King Faisal had a strong
Islamic heritage , wisdom, and vision.
He developed a five-year plan mainly to
modernize the infrastructure of the country,
this include modernizing education, utilities,
transportation and military.

The first television broadcast aired during his


reign. After King Faisals death, his sons formed
the king Faisal foundation now one of the largest
philanthropic foundation in the world.
