Admission Criteria: UPES Engineering Aptitude Test (UPES-EAT) & Central Counseling for Qualified candidates
Direct Admission Category

Up to 20% of the total B.Tech. program seats at UPES will be offered to students opting for the Direct Admissions route. The
eligibility criteria for students seeking direct admissions to the UPES B.Tech. programs are as follows:
• The student should have secured minimum 80% marks at Higher & Secondary Level (10 th & 12th), and
• The student should have secured a minimum aggregate of 80% marks in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics at Senior
Secondary Level.
Or
• The student should have secured minimum 60% marks at Higher & Secondary Level (10 th & 12th), and
• The student should have secured a minimum aggregate of 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics at Senior
Secondary Level and
• AIEEE rank – up to 1 lakh (All India)
