Rotor bearing lubrication is forced lubrication, lubrication by pressure provided by engine main oil
galley, engine shutdown then stop supply oil.
Operation must pay attention to:
should idling 3 to 5 minutes when engine start, can not step on accelerator hardly,
Can step on accelerator after the oil pressure and oil temperature normal (especially start in cold
weather) or easy to make the turbocharger bearings, seal rings to premature wear due to lack
of oil.
3 5
When the engine stalled, must be idle for 3 to 5 minutes until the turbocharger speed is reduced.
Particular attention that should not step on accelerator hardly before flameout. Because step on
accelerator hardly will make turbocharger to high speed due to a sudden increase of engine speed, engine
stall suddenly, oil pump stop supplying oil immediately, turbocharger rotor continues rotate in high speed
due to inertia, the rotor shaft, bearings and the seal ring will soon be burning loss due to lack of oil.
before restart if engine is long shutdown, be sure to turbocharger pre-lubrication.
by removing the turbocharger oil inlet pipe, pour the right amount and clean oil from the inlet mouth,
otherwise the initial start will be early wear and tear due to lack of oil.

read on air gauge) up to 0.7MPa (7 bar), truck has not yet fully reached
state that be suited for driving, only after air reservoir pressure to

(4) Drive with attention to monitor the temperature of the engine and gearbox.
(5) the vehicle towed due to fault, especially long-distance towed when engine flameout, should
disconnect the drive shaft or drive wheels off the ground. Mechanical transmission shift lever should be in

Transmission Maintenance
The use of hydraulic oil in the gearbox has a direct impact on transmission performance, reliability
and durability. For highway driving, only recommended oil that meet the TES 295 regulations.
TranSynd is hydraulic oil designed for Allison Transmission, the fluid is fully in line with the
provisions of Allison Transmission TES 295.
To ensure oil can used for Allison transmissions, check the container license or approval numbers,
or consult the lubricant manufacturer. Before using other types of oil, please consult Allison
Transmission dealer or distributor.
When select transmission oil, should consider the impact of environmental temperature
