WARNING: maintain truck in good condition, can not drive with fault!
Must be routinely checked before driving
1. Turn on the battery main switch, connect the vehicle power supply.
Battery main switch is at the back of battery box (along driving direction) ,
turn 90 degrees clockwise make it connect. Otherwise closed. photo is off status.

2. Check the condition of the entire circuit of the electrical system (system self-test)
After the power is turned on, the key is turned on (key switch in the ON position), CBCU test
entire electrical circuit on the vehicle. If the system has a fault, LCD display will show fault as
photo.

3.

3. Check the coolant level, add coolant.

Check the coolant liquid level in expansion tank, if you do not see coolant level, should add the specified type of
coolant fluid until a predetermined scale line.
The expansion tank has a pressure relief valve, the pressure relief valve can maintain the internal cooling system
has a certain pressure to atmospheric, to increase the boiling point of the coolant. Pressure relief valve is
particularly important in the plateau region, are not allowed to freely change and damage.
When the engine is still hot, add cooling liquid filling two steps:
Step one: from the liquid adding mouth to release high pressure slowly;
Step two: Open liquid adding mouth cap, fill coolant in the case of engine idling.
WARNING: When the engine is still hot, coolant must not be added immediately!

4.

4. Check the amount of fuel

Open the key switch, check the amount of fuel from the fuel gauge. If the instruction is wrong, check
the fuel gauge and sensors, can view fuel tank dipstick directly.

5.

5. Check the engine oil amount

The truck is parked on a level surface, after the engine cooling, pull out the oil dipstick, the oil
level should be between upper and lower scale line (oil between upper and lower scale line is
about 3 liters). If the liquid level is below the lower scale line, the specified type of engine oil must
be added from the filling mouth, added to a predetermined level then tighten the oil filler mouth
cap .

6.

6. Check and exclude water in brake system air reservoir

truck park, the drain valve can be pulled or pushed to exclude condensation of water in
air reservoir. If you find a mixture of oil and water excluded, indicating failure of the air
dryer, air dryer drying cylinder should be replaced immediately.

7. Check the tire pressure.

8. Check the oil, coolant and air line leak.
9. Check air filter.
When used in winter and dusty conditions, should fall
empty and clean up dust bag (dust bag fall off and damaged make
Poor sealing, filtration effect worse). Otherwise, it will cause
Early wear of the engine and turbocharger.

If the air filter blocked, signal light bright. When used under
normal conditions, if found air filter blocked signal light

Note:
1, when you start first time, the engine does not start, need to turn key switch to 2 again, restart.
2, each start time is not more than 15 seconds, twice starting time interval no less than 30 seconds.

3 5

Rotor bearing lubrication is forced lubrication, lubrication by pressure provided by engine main oil
galley, engine shutdown then stop supply oil.
Operation must pay attention to:
should idling 3 to 5 minutes when engine start, can not step on accelerator hardly,
Can step on accelerator after the oil pressure and oil temperature normal (especially start in cold
weather) or easy to make the turbocharger bearings, seal rings to premature wear due to lack
of oil.

3 5

When the engine stalled, must be idle for 3 to 5 minutes until the turbocharger speed is reduced.
Particular attention that should not step on accelerator hardly before flameout. Because step on
accelerator hardly will make turbocharger to high speed due to a sudden increase of engine speed, engine
stall suddenly, oil pump stop supplying oil immediately, turbocharger rotor continues rotate in high speed
due to inertia, the rotor shaft, bearings and the seal ring will soon be burning loss due to lack of oil.
before restart if engine is long shutdown, be sure to turbocharger pre-lubrication.
by removing the turbocharger oil inlet pipe, pour the right amount and clean oil from the inlet mouth,
otherwise the initial start will be early wear and tear due to lack of oil.

3 5
(C) engine flameout

start
After engine start, such as low pressure warning light bright and buzzer
alarm, you can not start until the inflation pressure to 0.55MPa (5.5
bar), the warning light off, the alarm buzzer sound stops, release the
hand brake handle to ready start. Before air reservoir pressure (can be
read on air gauge) up to 0.7MPa (7 bar), truck has not yet fully reached
state that be suited for driving, only after air reservoir pressure to
0.7MPa (7 bar), the brake can

achieve the stated braking performance.

(1) at the start, step on accelerator ease.
(2) from forward gear to reverse gear or from reverse gear to forward gear, the vehicle must be
completely stopped.
(3) prohibits neutral slide, otherwise it will seriously damage the gearbox.
(4) Drive with attention to monitor the temperature of the engine and gearbox.
(5) the vehicle towed due to fault, especially long-distance towed when engine flameout, should
disconnect the drive shaft or drive wheels off the ground. Mechanical transmission shift lever should be in
neutral position when vehicle towed .
(6) If the road conditions are poor, the gear can be transferred to a state with less than 4 gear.

winter use

35 35

(A) Cooling system

Long-term corrosion used in the cooling system can not freeze above -35 . If the vehicle work at a
temperature below -35 environmental, can increase the concentration of the coolant.
Note: Do not allow mixed use of two different varieties of coolant. Replace different varieties of coolant,
cooling system should be thoroughly cleaned.
(B) braking device
We shall promptly release the condensed water in the air reservoir, prevent freezing. And pay attention to
check working condition of the air dryer. Under normal circumstances, the dryer desiccant service life is two
years, if found air reservoir has much dirt water discharge, indicating desiccant has expired, you should
immediately replace the desiccant.

Oil and filter change period

Note: the harsh environment and the general environment - in accordance with local conditions, severity or condition
of work may require more or less oil replacement frequency, and differ from the published recommended change
intervals of Allison Transmission. Oil analysis can be optimized using Transmission protection and oil change
intervals. You must replace oil at the recommended intervals arrival or advance. Please replace oil / filters at
recommended distance, months or hours (that come firstly).

A regular inspection and maintenance (inspection frequency depends on the intensity

of use of gearboxes and working environment)
1 Transmission Inspection.
regularly cleaned and inspected external gearbox, exclude the following
conditions:
Loose bolts - transmission and mounting components.
oil leak - repaired immediately.
accelerator position sensor is loose, dirty, or improperly adjusted (if
installed).
oil pipeline damaged or loose.
electrical harnesses damage, wear or improper wiring.
harness connector wear or damage.
drive shaft U-joint universal joint and spline dents, worn or position wrong
ventilation hole assembly blocked or dirty.
Check the transmission oil has engine coolant or not.

2 Vehicle Inspection
Check the vehicle cooling system occasionally,
check transmission oil. If the transmission oil is
found in the vehicle cooling system, then there is
a fault in transmission oil cooler

Hydraulic steering Maintenance

5.1 Replacing the hydraulic oil
after running 2500Km need to replace hydraulic oil and clean filter element in oil tank, later after every 20000Km
(or six months) to replace the hydraulic oil, while replace the filter element, the oil release unusable.
When oil replace, keep clean, prevent dirty, foreign matter into the oil system
5.2, release oil specification
(1) jack-up front axle, loosen inlet and return pipe of steering gear.
(2) Start the engine running short (no more than 10 seconds) , suck out the oil from the oil pump and the tank.
(3) discharge oil filled by container .
(4) Reconnect the inlet pipe and the return pipe.
(5) Open the oil return bolt on steering gear bottom.
(6) Turn the steering wheel repeatedly until no oil discharged.
