    • Citations! (Use internal parentheticals)
    • Benchmarks (Be Specific!)
    • Budget (Be specific and detailed, tell WHY!)
    • “Probably”, “Maybe”, & “About” (be specific!)
    • “You” & “I” (too casual / personal / bossy self-
    placement)
