Goal/ Objective : To established harmonious
relationship between Korea and Philippines
To present different particular food, garment also
new thread.

Strength
Strengthen the tie up of two countries, Korea and Philippines through sharing/ presenting different a
product or new thread.
Show camaraderie through performance.
Possible expansion of business venture.
Weaknesses
Issues like Nationalism maybe at risk.
Late performer/ inadequate materials.
Miss-communication about contract/ Agreements.

Opportunities
Prove the power of Nationalism through globalization.
Discover world class performer.

Safety and precautionary measures might be inadequate.

Action Plan

Resolve the issue of Nationalism maybe at risk through public


statement containing the fact of the event.
Make sure to prepare two (2) routine each performer (two songs in
an mp3 format saved to CD-R and USB. If ever the performer
doesnt make it to the event due to unexpected/ reasonable
incident, they must informed the organizer immediately. In order to
avoid these, every performer should record their performance
through video as their replacement.
All legal matters must be time to time check and revisit.
Updating and monitoring should implement in the vicinity of the
event to avoid any security issues.
Host, Speaker and Special guest should be given a letter
containing of their participation for the event.
Reserve generator set and fire extinguisher must be available all
the time.

SMX Convention Center is a fast-growing company


managing six (6) exhibition and convention venues in
key cities across the Philippines, SMX boasts of modern
facilities and amenities matched with distinctive,
professional and personalized service. It is envisioned
to be the premier venue for local and international
meetings, conventions, exhibitions, social and
corporate events.
SMX Convention Center offers four (4) exhibition halls,
five 95) functions rooms, and fourteen rooms, totaling
21, 000 square meter of leasable space that can
accommodate anything from audience of 18,000
persons.
