Presentations
• Read through your homework presentation and rehearse, it needs to be at
least 2 minutes long

1. Source two media texts of your choice from different platforms


2. Look at the Media Concept Checklist (handout)
3. Analyse both of your texts using the questions on the handout as prompts
4. Prepare a 2 minute presentation on your analyses – what meanings are
created by the texts? (you must include visuals of your chosen texts)

• Ensure that you have visuals e.g. PowerPoint slides or handouts

• Prepare to be asked questions by your peers and teacher about your


analysis
