What is HORENSO?
HORENSO is a fundamental communication system
which enhances both verbal and written
communication.

It aims at improving the communication


level of each employee in our organisation
and ultimately shaping our organisation to
be efficient and successful

What is Horenso?
It is common knowledge that miscommunication
is a leading factor in many problems. All the way
from forgetting to tell somebody some important
information, not giving timely information or
unknowingly giving conflicting reports, to
misspelling a part number or failing to report even
a small incident only to have it blow over and
cause thousands in damage.

All of these are caused by the lack of


communication.

Why HORENSO?
HORENSO teaches us how to eliminate these
mistakes in the organisation.
All the 3 key values in Horenso, which are
Hokoku, Renraku, & Sodan each guide and
educate the user on how to report, contact, and
consult with our superior, colleagues and also our
subordinate.
