ADJECTIVE DEGREE
A word used with a Noun to add something
to its meaning. (a word that modifies noun)
Examples :
1. Beautiful ladies dance (what kind of
ladies?)
2. Two beautiful ladies dance (how many
ladies?)
3. Those beautiful ladies dance (which
ladies?)
TYPES OF ADJECTIVES
SIZE : big, small, little
SHAPE : round, flat, square,etc
TASTE : bitter, sweet, delicious, sour,
etc
COLORS : white, green, black,
brown, red, etc
QUALITY : beautiful, lazy, diligent,
clever, etc
STATES : young, old, dry, wet, cold,
hot, cool, etc
