 19TH – Book Camp- we could call it ‘Pustakdaan’
o Time-period-: 19th -25th
o Timings-:9-4p.m
o Resources before:
-Cartons
-Hoardings indicating the direction of the cartons)
-Security
o Resources after:
-Transport(Mini Trucks): to carry the cartons to the NGO
-Voluntary people
 CSR ACTIVITIES

How this will start?

 Talk to the concern NGO about the initiative taken by
the company and take their suggestions to improve the
initiative.
 In advance, a mailer would be send informing them
about the what is the initiative about, what they have to
do and benefits of it.
 After the books are collected we count the number of
books collected and seal it with each carton containing
the slip of number of books and kind of books in it like
books for nursery children or the cartons contains the
novels.

1. Project Highway-2nd -4th June
Area coverage: Highway near airport
Resources: bikes, flags with some social messages
like it can be related to environment
People can be: Yamaha marketing interns or any
volunteer

Arrange dustbin for collecting garbage in a
nearby village.

 11TH – World Population Day
-Poster making competition can be held in schools
with day as the theme
-Resources: stationary like colors,posters, prizes can
be cash or kind like cups with Yamaha’s logo.
-Costs involved will be in the prizes and stationary.
