EQUIPMENT - CONCEPT
Availability Concept
The condition, health and performance of an
equipment, system and Installation can be
assessed using the concept of availability.
Parameters of equipment operating, PMS,
breakdown, stand by, overhauling hours are
used for calculation.
The availability is calculated on monthly
and annual basis for all critical and
essential equipment at installation.
Compliance
to
maintenance
indicates
maintainability of equipment.
