    What does abbreviation mean?


    It means to shorten about 3-5 words by only
    using the first Letters of each word.
    It was shortened form of certain words or
    phrase
    Thet are nearly all marked with full stops (.)

    Why ?
    To save time and
    space
    For example:
    LOL= Stands forLaughOutLoud.
    ROFL = which isRollingOnFloor,laughing.

    Example:
    Sun > for Sunday
