M having around 10 stable customers in Europe & US is a good sign
M has a good client relation ship for years
M to diversify their offerings by other engineering services to the company's
like :
Be part of future projects of clients which will help to develop core
competency & also gain client confidence
Cad data creation using 3D software's
Managing PDM/PLM activities for OEMs
Try to place engineers in other functions of the clients like Production
support/Quality/Procurement etc
M should also look into areas like After market services which includes
service engineering, Product manual creation, catalogue creation,
Most of these activates may have less revenue compared to CFD/FEM but this
will allow M to grow organically
This will also make M clients preferred parent for all engineering activities
Adapt near shore business model by hiring locals engineers for onsite
opportunity
