EREY
Every Rotarian, Every Year aims to engage
every Rotary club member in the lifechanging programs of our Rotary Foundation.
The purpose of the EREY initiative is to:
Encourage every Rotarian to participate in
a Foundation program every year
Encourage every Rotarian to personally
contribute to the Foundations Annual
Fund every year

PHS
Coordinator
PHF is a TESTED GIVER.
Having an active Paul Harris
Society can ensure long-term
growth in annual per capita
contributions and secure more
funds coming back to your
district year after year.

WAYS TO START AND

CULTIVATE A SUCCESSFUL PHS

Ask one or more volunteers to serve as dedicated district Paul Harris

Society coordinators.
Working with PHS coordinators, arrange for a PHS membership
charter event and ongoing annual recognition events.
Actively manage your PHS membership database, tracking new
members and ongoing contributions.
Be sure to present membership certificates, the PHS insignia,
and a thank-you letter from the district governor at
membership events. A successful event will automatically
attract new members.
Use district Foundation presentations in August and
September for promoting the PHS year round.
Follow up annually. Thanking your supporters is a key
element to helping ensure their recurring support.

What will be the

structure at each
individual club?

SUPPORTING CLUB
ROTARY FOUNDATION COMMITTEES

Should ensure every club has a

Rotary Foundation committee,
train those committees, and
encourage clubs to
increase awareness of the Foundation.

SUPPORTING CLUB
ROTARY FOUNDATION COMMITTEEScontd.
To raise clubs understanding of the Foundation, suggest that they:
Devote time to the Foundation at club meetings, especially during
November, which is Rotary Foundation Month.
Work with the club or district public relations committee to inform
local media of newsworthy Foundation activities.
Invite Foundation alumni to participate in club events & projects.
Plan a community event to raise funds for and to promote the
Foundation.
Recognize Rotarians and others who have performed
outstanding service or made significant financial
contributions to The Rotary Foundation.
Encourage clubs to seek Rotary Peace Fellow
candidates.
