WEAKNESSES
STRENGTHS:
It will boost up the economic activity at the city.
This will lessen the congestion at the city center, to be dispersed at neighboring
places, thus will result to decongested city center.
It will give a more efficient land-use pattern in accordance to the plan of the city
planning the dispersed infilling plan
Will create job opportunities to the local community.
Will improve the environment quality of the target place as is to be developed
adjoining the project proposal.
Will improve traffic condition of the city.
WEAKNESSES:
As the proposal to be developed, the proposal will be the start of urbanization at the
place that can add cost to the pollution cost at the area if the project is not
maintained.
As it will accommodate land area, it may reduce the agricultural land of the city.
