    A patient presented for removal of an implant that was placed one year ago following an open reduction and internal fixation procedure to treat fractures of the right tibia and fibula. The original injury occurred when the patient was hit by a car while crossing the road. An external fixator was initially applied at a private hospital and the patient was then referred for further treatment where an ORIF procedure was performed to place internal fixation implants for the tibia and fibula fractures.

    admitted to hospital
    Previously patient got MVA (+), patient hit by car
    when he was cross a road
    History of unconciousness (-), vomitting (-)
    Patient take a medicine for first aid at private
    Hospital and referred to Haji Adam Malik Hospital
    for further treatment
    History of ORIF (+) on June 3 rd 2015 at Haji Adam
    Malik Hospital
