What is SAK?
SAK is the short form of Stress Assistant Kit

- a stress detection and relief kit innovated from a First Aid Kit.

Purposes
Solve the mentioned issues earlier as the
SAK can be conducted without the
presence of the counselor

Helps in ice-breaking sessions which can improve the relationship
between counsellor and client
Client will still be able to continue the counselling session even when
the counsellor is busy or not around
Encourage clients to express their emotions and feelings comfortably
Help counsellors to understand the issue faced by their clients

Stress Assistant Kit is only the first


Conclusion

this kit can act as a way to guide
the clients to identify whether their
stress is considered as a minor or
major issue. The clients can identify
them by keeping track of their
emotional progress through My
Emotion Record Card and their
doodle or writing on the blank papers
