it's a great way to
build your child's

Behavior Clip Chart

POSITIVE
REINFORCEMENT!!!

I use a system where all the

students will start each day
on Ready to Learn. From
there, students will have the
options to go down (after
reminders are given,
undesired behavior doesnt
change) and to go up (being a
real leader in the classroom
and showing integrity).

Conferences

Parent - Teacher
conferences are held
twice per year.
Parent - Teacher
conferences this year,
will be held on October

the computer lab as often

Daily 5

Daily 5 is a way of structuring our reading block so that every student is independently
engaged in meaningful literacy tasks. The research based tasks are ones that will have a
big impact on student reading and writing achievement, as well as foster children who
love to read and write.
Students receive explicit whole group instruction and then are given independent
practice time to read and write while I instruct individuals or small groups of students.
