BACKGROUND:

The tools for remote sensing of natural resources have


developed considerably in the past decades. Optical remote
sensing has expanded from the use of multi-spectral
sensors to that of imaging spectrometers. Also it is going
to be the part of WORLD SPACE WEEK 2016.Theme of
WSW 2016 is Remote sensing : Enabling our future

WHO CAN ATTEND NATIONAL SEMINAR


Applications are invited from State Government / Central
Government Departments, NGOs, Private Companies and
Faculty/Research Scholars from Academic Institutions who
are gearing up to utilize the Remote Sensing data.
Participants should have minimum Masters in Science or
Bachelors degree in Engineering. Good working
knowledge in multi-spectral remote sensing and
digital image processing skills are required.

To educate people in and around Vadodara
about the benefits that they receive from
