I. Introduction
Stakeholders participation is one of the
important
features
of
School-Based
Management (SBM)
Studies confirm that involvement and
participation of multiple stakeholders
contribute to better management of
schools.
It
is
important
to
advocate
and
communicate to them the situation,
context, and performance of our schools.

Appreciate SRC that are
usable in communicating the

4. What are the steps in preparing the SRC?


Using the SRC Summary of indicators as
reference, the SPT extracts the data from the
School Community Planning Template, Childfriendly school survey, EBEIS , and reports from
the project teams and other stakeholders.
The SPT analyzes the data and writes the
interpretation below the graph or chart using the
language
most
easily
understood
by
stakeholders. The mother-tongue may be used.
Lay out the graphs, charts and interpretation
using suggested SRC Template.
