principals as perceived by administrators, teacher and parents

under the Municipality Saraburi defined by age, degree of
education, position and school size. The sample were 39
administrators, 155 teachers and 194 parents. The instrument
were 388 5-rating sale questionnaires with reliability at .86. The
statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean,
standard deviation, a one way analysis of variance, and pair later
comparison of Fishers formula.
The results of this research were as follows:
1. The leadership of principals as perceived by administrators,
teacher and parents according to higher mean were adhere to
moral, social skill, determination, intelligent quotient and self
confident respectively.
2. The leadership of principals as perceived by administrators,
teacher and parents defined by age was different with level of
statistical significance at .05. but there were not different by
