    Open Putty application, select


    SSH &
    Assign host: 10.137.39.208

    User name : cisco


    Password: P@ssw0rd

    To login on router: telnet Loopback IP of router (AG1/CSS )


    Command: telnet <ip address>

    Pl ensure the router hostname with # prompt

    To Check description (connected interface details)

    Pl ensure link Status up/down and Protocol up/down

    To Check running configuration of interface or BDI


    Command: show run interface <<bdi or interface>>

    Check IPv4 or IPv6 address

    To check ping status of L2 switch


    Command: ping vrf SC-sw-mgmt <ip v6 address >

    Check IPv4 or IPv6 address

    To check ping status of L2 switch


    Command: ping vrf SC-sw-mgmt <ip v6 address >

    To login in L2 switch
    Command: ssh l su vrf SC_sw_mgmt. <ipv6 of L2>

    To check L2 switch port status up/down


    Command: show configure port summary

    To check MAC address against VLAN


    Command: show configure bridge 1 mac-address-table all

    To check L2 switch interface IP and Default Gatway


    Command: show configure router 1 interface 1 status

    To check L2 switch interface SFP power TX/RX


    Command: show configure port Ethernet 4 status
