A man of GOD is a specific person

that the LORD gave you,

---to care for
you
---to feed you
for what purpose ?
--- to grow in every aspect of your
life.
They are gifts from JESUS the

Ephesian 4:7,11,
But to each one of us
GRACE has been given as
CHRIST apportioned it.
So CHRIST himself gave the
apostles, the prophets, the
evangelist, the pastors and
teacher,
To equip his people for
works of service, so that the

WAYS of HONORING the MAN of

GOD
1. Honoring his office, call of
God in his life
1 tim.5:19,
Do not entertain an
accusation against an elder
unless it is brought by two or
three witnesses.

Acts 23:3-5,
Then paul said to him, God will struck
you, you whitewashed wall, you sit there to
judge me according to the law, yet you yourself
violate the law by commanding that I be struck.
v4, T hose who were standing near paul
said, How dare you insult Gods high preist!
v5, paul replied, brothers, I did not realize
that he was the high preist; for it is written: do
not speak evil about the ruler of your people

Heb. 13:7,
Remember
your leaders, who
spoke the word of
GOD to you. Consider
the outcome of their
way of life and imitate

Have confidence in
your leaders and submit to
their authority, because they
keep watch over you as those
who must give an account.
Do this so that their
work will be a joy not a
burden, for that would be of

2. HONORING him
financially
a. The grace of
giving.

Scripture says, Do not

will be filled to overflowing,
and your vats will brim over

If the part of the dough offered as
first fruits is holy, then the whole batch is
holy; if the roots is holy, so are the

Malachi 3:10,
Bring the whole tithe into the
storehouse, that there may be food in my
house. Test me this, says the Lord
Almigthy, and see if I will not throw open
the floodgates of heaven and pour out so
much blessing that there will not be room
enough to store it.

1 thess. 5:12-13,
Now we ask you, brothers
and sisters, to acknowledge
those who work hard among
you, who care for you in the
LORD and who admonish you.
v13, Hold them in the
highest regard in love
because of their work. Live in
peace with each other.

Gal. 6:6,
Nevertheless, the
one who receives
instruction in the Word
should share all good
things with their
instructor.

3. Result of HONORING your MAN of GOD.

a. curse was broken.
2 king 4:14-17
v14, What can be done for her? Elisha
asked. Gehazi said She has no son, and her
husband is old.
v15, Then Elisha said, call her. So he
called her, and she stood in the doorway.
v16, About this time next year, Elisha
said, you will hold a son in your arms.
v17, But the woman become pregnant,
and the next year about that same time
she gave birth
to a son, just as Elisha had told her.

b. Dead came back to life.

this also mean.
----dead dreams
----hopes
----relationships
----back accounts
----family, etc.
2 kings 4:35,
Elisha turned away and walked
back and forth in the room and then got on
the bed and stretched out on him once
more. The boy sneezed seven times and
open his eyes.

c. Warned and given right counsel in time of great

danger.
2 king 8:1-2,
v1, Now Elisha had said to the woman
whose son he had restored to life, Go away with
your family and stay for a while wherever you can,
because the LORD has decreed a famine in the
land that will last seven years.
v2, The woman proceeded to do as the man
of GOD said. She and her family went away and
stayed in the land of the philistines seven years.

d. Restoration with interest.

2 kings 8:6,
The king asked the woman about it,
and she told him.
Then he assigned an official to her case and
said to him,
Give back everything that belonged
to her, including all the income from her land
from the day she left the country untill now.

CONCLUSION;
HONORING YOUR
MAN OF GOD IS
HONORING JESUS.
and WILL GIVE YOU
GUARANTEED MIRACLES
