(1) The candidates for College Presidency shall present their vision and mission to
the stakeholders of Bulacan Agricultural State College during the selection
period. Once the selection period is finished, the vision and mission of the
chosen president shall be adopted by the College. The Bulacan Agricultural
State College shall use the vision and mission throughout the term of the
President.

(2) An annual assessment of the realization of the vision and mission statements shall
be conducted. This shall be evident in the annual report submitted by the College
President.
