I was taught about OEM department . Various
machines are produced under the department were used in
other industries . The OEM machines usage were
increased so that can increase the demand of OEM
products. In the company time of deliver is more important
they have the schedule for some other delivery that can be
finished.

general purpose machinery.

paid up capital is Rs. 900,000.It is involved in Manufacture of
general purpose machinery.

OPPOSED SENSOR

A through beam arrangement consist of a

receiver located within the line of sight of the
transmitter .
In this mode, an object is detected when the
light beam is blocked from getting to the receiver
from the transmitter.

RETRO REFLECTION SENSOR

When the receiver sees the the transmitted

source rather than when it fails to see it.

As in retro-reflection sensors diffuse s4ensor

emitters are located in the same housing.

PROXIMITY SENSOR

A proximity sensing arrangement is one in

which the transmitted radation must reflect the
object in order to reach the receiver . In this mode

to lift heavy machines and spares to avoid
manual handling.

-RAPP(Risk Assessment of Pushing and

pulling)act is used.It is designed to solve issues
considering pushing and pulling,Trolleys are
used in push-pull tasks.

Electrical RisksImproper EarthingTrip occurs if earthing is not proper.

Remedy-Avoid improper earthing and loose
connections.
Improper Isolation Electric shocks occurs.
Remedy-All circuits to be enclosed in a proper
circuit.
