ORGANISATION
Function of Room Division in a full
service hotel

ROOM DIVISION

The Room Division is composed of

departments and functions, which play
essential roles in providing the service guests
expect during a hotel stay.

Janice Barnes-CEO of Sandals Resort and Spa

To ensure efficient rooming of guests in

vacant and ready rooms, the different
sections must inform each other promptly of
any changes in the status or availability of
the rooms. Close coordination and
cooperation help ensure guest satisfaction.
