MANUAL SYSTEM
DEPENDENCY
Manual system depends a lot on human factors.
It disregards the scope of error.
It is built entirely on concept of trust.
PROPOSED SYSTEM
1. Billing should be automatically generated when the customer places an order
2. The order placed by customer on their table should be automatically sent to the
system in kitchen. No latency in order communication.
3. Billing information (cash/card etc) should be automatically noted.
4. Inventor management should coordinate with the ordering system.
5. When the inventory is getting drained, at a certain customized point, it should notify
of the status of inventory.
6. If inventory doesnt have items that are needed to cook a certain dish, those dishes
should be taken off the menu.
7. A complete summary of all the processes should be generated regularly and saved
for later reference.
8. It should be possible to take customer feedback digitally.
