Why education should be free ?

Because Knowledge should not come with a price tag. Education
should be accessible to everyone. not a privilege's a right, e.

Who should pay for education?

Education is must. Theres no restriction of who

should receive it. Poor vendors are discouraged
and no one pays for them so NGOS should be
setup in the country.

DRAWBACKS OF COSTLY

They have the tension that how'll their parents
manage to pay the fee.
Students achieving ability is reduced.
They cant enjoy the benefits of the university.

specific guidelines the institution and the
teacher must follow.
When someone has to pay for their childs
