    This document describes a traffic light controller for a 4-way intersection that was designed by Rohan Nathi for their MTECH degree project. The controller takes standby and test signals as inputs and outputs green, yellow, and red lights for the different directions as well as pedestrian signals. It has two modes of operation - a test mode to easily test the system during maintenance, and a standby mode that activates yellow and red lights for all directions when engaged.     Modes of operation

    Test mode: in this mode system can be


    easily tested during maintenance(1
    second per state).
    Standby mode: if set system should
    activate yellow lights and red signal light
    for people in all the direction, so while
    standby signal is active.
