The process of Preparation

The process of Preparation is actually
learning
And this learning is principally
learning from failure and mistakes.
Albert Einstein said that the reason
any may claim not to have made any
mistake is because that person has
never tried anything new.

No structure without foundation

Your level of preparation for the
entrepreneurial future is the foundation.
A skyscraper cant be built on a
foundation that can only carry a bungalow.
The foundation of the Burj-Al-Arab is 35
times its height.
No matter your aspirations, you cant
build any greater future than you have
prepared for.

Preparation takes time

So those who waste time are wasting the future.
I have never seen any great entrepreneur who is not
always pressed for time. Those I have met and worked
with hate working with those who waste their time.
Joseph kept preparing till he was set at 30
David kept practicing in the bush till he was set at 30
Jesus kept learning until He was 30
So scripturally, you should manifest at 30.
But manifestation is preceded by adequate preparation
So if you are the kind who always says theres still
time, you will beg your mate except you change.

Tomorrow depends on now

The degree of your preparation determines the
degree of your manifestation (that is, the 2 nd
phase of the three phases)
You cant grow greater than the capacity of the
foundation you have laid for yourself
You cant excel beyond your preparation.
If you are going to excel in your business, you
must prepare very well FROM NOW
If you are going to build a fortune 1000 company,
you must develop a fortune 1000 foundation for
your business

Principles Remain; but Capacity must

Keep Growing
The principles required to build a $1
million organization are the same required
to build a $100 billion organization.
But, the capacity required to drive a $1
million organization cannot drive a $100
billion organization.
Principles remain; but capacity must keep
growing if results must keep improving.
So, as you learn the principles, develop the
capacity also

Winston Churchill said

To each there comes in his or her
lifetime a special moment when they
are tapped on the shoulder and
offered the chance to do a very
special thing, unique to them and
fitted to their talent. What a tragedy
if that moment finds them
unprepared or unqualified for that
which could have been their finest
hour.
