Masuk MS melalui radik posterior kedalam funikulus posterior
kemudian ke funikulus anterolateral
Berjalan naik ke nukleus Ventralis talamus posterolateral
bersama dengan Traktus Spinothalamikus Lateral.

Traktus Spinothalamikus Lateral

Membawa impuls dari stimulasi Nyeri dan Suhu


Masuk MS melalui bagian lateral Radik postereior
Berjalan naik ke nukleus Ventralis talamus posterolateral
bersama dengan Traktus SpinothalamikusAnterior
