    Area: Hongda Site Office

    Before commencing their job


    they conduct TBT discussing JSA
    and brief them their Task.

    Status: Positive

    Area: Dewatering area (S-5)

    Observation:
    Poor house keeping ,
    Substandard Electrical cable
    joints are used only with taping.
    Action Taken:
    Ask them for doing house
    keeping, keeping should be
    maintain all the time & avoiding
    use of substandard electrical
    cable joints

    Status: Open

    Area: Dewatering area (S-5)

    Observation:
    it was observed that material
    placed in existing bushed and
    on ground Sling Belts etc.
    Action Taken:
    It should store properly & not on
    ground directly for avoiding
    snake bite cases, also bush
    cutting required in all
    dewatering working areas

    Status: Closed

    Area: Near Site office

    Observation:
    it was observed that contractors
    team was doing material
    shifting job with equipment and
    manually without sufficient
    Lighting arrangement
    Action Taken:
    Stop them and ask them for
    doing their job in day Light.

    Status: Closed

    Area: Dewatering area

    Observation:
    it was observed that they used
    compressed gas cylinders in
    day time without trolley & Left
    them in same condition in night.
    Action Taken:
    Ask them for arranging proper
    gas cylinders trolley with chain
    for safe use.

    Area: Near Main check Post

    Observation:
    it was observed that contractor
    personnel's were doing Road
    Roler repair job in night time.
    While they dont have proper
    Lighting
    Action Taken:
    Stop them & counseling done

    Status: Closed

    Area: Mining Pit Hongda area

    Observation:
    it was observed that a Chinese
    Supervisor and a worker was
    standing on returning wall
    Action Taken:
    Stop them & counseling done

    Status: Closed
