Investigation, Exploration and Evaluation
In order to expedite exploration of mineral
resources and evaluate of that resource the GSB
has been implementing a number of projects.

Hydrocarbon Unit
Hydrocarbon Unit provides technical recommendation
to Energy and Mineral Resources Division for the
development of oil, gas and mineral resources sector
and materials related thereto.

Reduction of Electricity System Loss


BERC is working relentlessly for reduction of electricity system loss.
For taking various regulatory measures the electricity system loss is
brought down to 11.96 percent in FY 2013-14
