Overview
The Operation Support System (OSS) of Ethio Telecom (ET) is to realize automatic manage
ment of operation process by means of effective management of workflows, with less ma
nual intervention, so as to cater to telecommunications development.
OSS system is required to quickly process orders transferred from the CRM system, suppo
rt processing of various orders through automatic and manual assign till the services are a
vailable, and feedback the processed result, implement end-to-end automatic service man
agement and realize monitoring and management of full service and product processes.

Order Monitoring
Function Description:
Order monitoring is applied to monitoring each execution activity content during order flow and carry
ing out intervening actions such as suspend and return.
Monitor can see order amount that are under processing, timeout, or in a defined time range.
Warning and timeout of handling time limit of flow and activity can be supported according to its time
limit rule.
In Processing: to monitor processing orders according to searching conditions.
Order and work order information can be checked in the page.
Order state, such as normal, warning, timeout are displayed in different colors.
Acceptance tab is to monitor error orders sent to the system.
Order Monitoring
Click Search, the corresponding order information will be shown in the searching result list.
Different color of service order or work order shows the timeout condition of it.
Black is for normal, Purple is for warning and Red is for timeout.
The squares of services orders means of the urgent status or priority of the services orders. White squ
are is for normal priority, Orange square is for important priority and Red square is for exigency priori
ty.

to expand or hide the work order area.
In Acceptance tab, shows the services orders which are exceptional.
challenge
When I compare to with previous system it is add some part of activity i
n basic information part and missing some part.
E.g. There is no O&M of Addis zonal when we search in area part. But pre
vious system has organization part and easy to filter O and M service orde
r.

to search any order of customer when I compare to prev
ious system.
