530 fiction

essentially eliminate the use of the media center

We are essentially looking at ways in which we can
make the library into a central learning hub rather than a
place to print and sit down before school starts.

What is a makerspace?
A makerspace is a place where students can gather to create,
invent, tinker, explore and discover using a variety of tools and

-It is not defined by the tools in it.

Your Questions
Media center hours?
Supervising?
Cost/Funding?
Location?
Utilize for all disciplines?
How we can make it attractive to students?
Availability?

I just like the idea of students having a desiganated work area for group
projects outside of classroom hours. They need a space to be creative and
work together.
