 Larvae breeding in the drain.

Local residential throws the rubbish into the drain lead this problem (Larvae Breeding)
happened. They are not take their responsibility as a residential in the area. In addition,
the SWM workers too did not collect all the garbage in the drain as it is their duty. We can
see from the picture indicated SWM workers have to clean up the drain in the particular
area, but they did not to do so. The garbage in the drain increased whenever the
residential keeps throwing garbage into the drain and SWM workers do not work on this
duty. The larvae breeding will be more and more eventually.
The result of larvae breeding is mosquito disease would happen on the residential at that
particular area rapidly. In the past three weeks, the health authorities came to that area
and they are spraying insecticide in every single house in that area. This prove that there
are someone suffer with mosquito disease.
To solve this problem, all the residential in the Taman Kelisa Jaya have to take their
own responsibility to organize a cleaning activity with working together to beautify
and clean the area. Apart from that, they should report to authority to inform that SWM
workers did not perform their task and the larvae breeding happened seriously.

PARK IN THE BOX PROVIDE !!

What is the problem?

Park at the corner
Not park at the deserted area/ space given.
Describe the problem?
Not park within the parking area
Impact?
Will make other driver or car using the space
difficult to turn into the corner
Will make the traffic heavy in parking area
Suggestion?
The driver must ensure to park in the parking area
space, without exceed the limit.
The Parking authorities must make the park area
more spaceful, without make the space difficult to
use.

PAY IN
THE
RIGHT
COUNTER

What is the problem?

Pay items more than 10 at the counter for 10 items
and below.
Describe the problem?
This couple pay their items at the counter only for
10 item and below.
Impact?
It make the counter express become slower.
It make people who in hurry to pay has less than
10 item become late.
Suggestion?
Casher dont take the person who have more than
10 item.
Make sure during peak hour all counter are open.

THE SIGNBOARD NEED TO REPAIR !

What is the problem?

The signboard was bend and almost fall down.
Describe the problem?
The signboard will be hard to see and not a good
view too.
Impact?
Foreigner will though that our country are not
care about road safety and can cause traffic jam
because road user want to see the signboard.
Suggestion?
Authorities either need to repair or change it with a
new signboard.
