family members.

complained that a student in the class,
Chan, shows declining academic
performance for the past four months.
As his class teacher, you need to gather
information about Chan and identify his
problem before refering him to the
schools guidanc and counseling
teachers.
Describe in detail the methods used to
collect Chan information to assist the
guidance and counseling teacher.

2. The Behavioural Counseling Theory is the


most effective theory to address students
behaviour problem. (Melanie, 2006)
Give your arguments to support the
statement above.
2. Art therapy is perceived to be very helpful
in the process counseling in primary
schools. The therapy suits the students
maturity levels and their communication
skills.
Discuss to what extent the implementation
of the art therapy can help the counseling
process in primary schools.

used by a trained counselor to give
effective help to a group of
individuals who are having daily
problems at the same time.
