2D - Identify the elements that connect

the 3 different parts of the magazine.

Olivia Timmins

Firstly, the colour scheme links all three pages together. Red is the
main colour in these
pages which links them together. The matching colour scheme
immediately links the pages as one and when we look at the pages
together we get the impression that they share the same content.
Next, another thing that links these pages together is the magazine
logo. On most of the pages the logo is featured which highlights that it
is from the same magazine and that the pages are important.
Moreover, the model on the contents page is the same model as the
double page spread. This informs the target audience that the model
has an important role in this magazine and tells us that the two pages
are linked together.
Additionally, the font in all three pages is the same, this again
immediately links the pages together as it is pleasing to the eye and
doesnt look messy. The target audience will know that the pages are
linked and that they are from the same magazine.
