The aim is to get the maximum results with the minimum
essential efforts. Often, stagnation/plateau is followed by a
drop in performance. An ideal/correct form and technique
is required to get optimum progress

Thats a total of 36 chin-ups, 72 pushups & 108 sit-ups.
