Air Duct Cleaning
Air Duct Cleaning
Air Duct Cleaning is a process to remove all dirt, debris, contaminants and
whatever else might collect inside the internal ducting. Air Duct Cleaning
was conduct by utilizing mechanical agitation and brushing tools work to
dislodge debris on the interior surface of all main and branch supply AND
use powerful High Efficiency Particle Air (HEPA) filtered collection units
that are attached to the air duct system, creating a negative pressure that
draws debris to the collection unit.
The EPA estimates indoor air can be two to five times more polluted than
outdoor air. Even worse, the contaminated air circulates throughout your
office/building every time the heating or cooling system kicks on. All that
bad air translates into everything from frequent colds and sore throats to
headaches, asthma, allergies and chronic fatigue, which in turn causes
employee downtime.
When dust, debris and other contaminants build up in your heating,
ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system, they can trigger allergies
and other health issues. But they also reduce energy efficiency,
whichincreases your energy costs. Now you have two compelling
reasons to make sure the air ducts and HVAC system in your workplace
are running efficiently.

WHAT WE DO !!
(AIR DUCT CLEANING SCOPE)
Robotic inspection is available no matter the size of the air duct. The inspection of the
interior of the ducts, using remote-controlled robots equipped with a camera and a video
recorder, enables us to visually examine the state of the ducts. This technology makes it
possible to produce a video report on CD or DVD. This technology can also capture images
from these recordings with a digital camera to produce a photographic report. The video or
photographic report also includes a report, a list of deficiencies, if applicable and our
recommendations.
Remote controlled video/digital camera system using a built-in mini tractor by which it is
possible to survey cleaning needs and record the quality of cleaning afterwards. It is also
used to reach the visual inspection to the critical parts of ductwork where access doors cant

Air Duct is always neglected or being given the last priority in air
condition system schedule maintenance activity. As a result, IAQ problems
arise due to growing air contaminants such as mold and bacteria inside
the Air Duct.
This latest Air Duct cleaning technology will clean all type of Air Duct
design and layout. Rectangular or circular duct, vertical or horizontal will
be cleaned efficiently.
Our service will cover all type of Air Duct for Office Building, Industrial,
Hospital, Oil & Gas Industries, Ships and etc. Our AC Duct cleaning
services activity can commence during office hours or after office hours
according to your needs and availability.

Wet portions of HVAC systems are notorious breeding grounds for biological
contaminants. An annual inspection of a home's HVAC system will reveal the severity of
contaminant levels within the system and the extent of cleaning necessary. Having an
HVAC system reconditioned will remove allergens like dust, dander, insect remains,
microbial growth and bacteria from the system and will, in turn, provide for a healthier
environment to live or work in.
A typical duct system (component of the HVAC system) will lose 25 to 40 percent of the
heating or cooling energy put out by the HVAC system. Un-insulated, disconnected, torn,
damaged or dead-end ducts are mainly responsible for that loss of energy. The
cleanliness of the coil system in the main HVAC system is another crucial factor to a
home's energy efficiency.
The HVAC system is the most expensive mechanical system in your home, and
replacing it can cost thousands of dollars and tremendous aggravation. Annual
inspections and regular maintenance can prolong the life of an HVAC system by years.
