All members should attend monthly meetings and be monitored by the


bhw. Clients with high blood pressure will be referred to the doctor.
Each client will have identification cards and booklets to bring for their
monitoring. Clients are encouraged to attend regular scheduled HPN/DM
meetings ( Monthly) , zumba. Clients that have high blood pressure and
blood sugar will be referred to the physician for further management.

Clients not complying for 4 month will be subject for disqualification


except for with valid reasons.
