Gathering the fact of market intelligence, keep the team be informed
with the latest updated information of the business (in terms of selling)
Providing the excellent service to the customers, both the existing and
the prospective as well, guiding the team to handle the customers
issues, and solve the problem by the acknowledgement of Sales
Manager.
Maintaining the progress of sales pipeline of the team, performing sales
report and analysis in a regular basis to assist the Sales Manager on
making the decision.
Motivating the team, manage them to fight and win on the sales battle
by maximizing the daily sales activities, canvassing, networking (on line
and off line), corporate market penetration, open table, and exhibitions.

The Generic Strategy
Invite the sales force to involve on the sales plan formulation process, by
exploring and connecting their personal financial interest as one of the
constructor variable on defining the number of the target, so that the
sense of belonging of the target will be strongly punched-in to their mind.
Revitalize and enhance the program of Corporate Market Penetration by
assigning the PIC to act as the Account Manager for each company we
wish to capture.
Make a daily progress monitoring towards the sales pipeline of each sales
force to ensure that all their sales interests are being quickly supported
by the management to speed-up the achievement.
Lead the sales force team to pick up the ball and do the land battle
consistently to ensure that the product and services are wellcommunicated to the prospect directly in the soonest time, before the
competitor comes up and give them more choice and chance to think
twice. We should be the top of mind of the customers preferences.
