    A system is a collection of elements that work together to solve a specific problem.
    Regardless of size, every computer needs the other components of the system to produce
    results. The components of a computer system are:

    Data
    Procedures
    Hardware
    Software
    These components are integral to every computer system. Every time you use a computer
    to generate information, you become one of the five system components.
