HPV Facts
HPV is a common virus passed from one person to the other.
There are around 100 strains only a few that cause warts.
HPV 16 most common
Type HPV 16 and 18 strains are known to cause cervical cancer.
Type HPV 6 and 11 cause 90% of all genital warts
HPV types 16 and 18 have also been found to cause close to half of vaginal,
vulvar, and penile cancers
